We’re looking for passionate volunteers to guide students through their technology journey. No matter your background — whether you’re a tech professional, educator, or college student — your time and expertise can help close the digital divide.
Current Volunteer Needs:

Technology Instructors: Lead small group sessions in digital basics, coding, or AI literacy.

Looking Ahead
Ctrl Shift programs are designed to grow with our students and our city. In the years ahead, we will add specialized tracks in AI, digital media, and entrepreneurship — culminating in the opening of the Ctrl Shift Learning Center, a permanent hub for innovation in Chicago’s underserved neighborhoods.
