Who We're Looking For
Organizational Builders
Experience serving, leading, or building nonprofits, community organizations, boards, or other mission-driven organizations.
Technology + Curriculum Leaders
Technology professionals who can help shape our technology, AI, career-focused curriculum, and programs.
Connected Ambassadors
Professionals with established networks who can introduce Ctrl Shift to companies, donors, educators, community leaders, and partners.
Future Ctrl Shift Leaders
People who want to contribute early, grow with Ctrl Shift, and potentially be considered for future service on the governing Board of Directors.

Tell us about yourself, your experience, and how you'd like to contribute. We're looking for people from a variety of professional and community backgrounds who believe in creating opportunities for Chicago's youth and want to help build Ctrl Shift.
A technology background is not required.
Advisory Council members may contribute in different ways. Some serve as advisors and ambassadors, while others take an active role in projects, programs, partnerships, fundraising, or organizational development.
Summer Gatherings on Cruz Control II
Founding Advisory Council members will be invited to periodic gatherings aboard Cruz Control II during the Chicago boating season. These informal gatherings give Council members an opportunity to connect with one another, exchange ideas, receive Ctrl Shift updates, build relationships, and help shape what we're building together.
