He has managed national accounts, led operational improvements, and contributed to the implementation of enterprise systems that improved efficiency and communication.
He was recognized as Top Salesperson of the Year in 2025 and has generated over $15 million in new business during his tenure at Wertheimer Box Corporation. In parallel, Carlos has spent over 20 years as a real estate professional, helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with a focus on trust, service, and long-term relationships.
