Founding Auxiliary Board

Help Build the Future of CTRL SHIFT

The CTRL SHIFT Founding Auxiliary Board is a leadership group of young professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, educators, advocates, and community supporters committed to helping grow the organization through fundraising, outreach, partnerships, and community engagement.

CTRL SHIFT is focused on expanding access to technology, AI education, digital resources, mentorship, and opportunity for underserved communities and young adults navigating today's rapidly changing world.

Our mission is rooted in preparing the next generation for the future through technology exposure, educational access, innovation, community support, and real-world opportunity.

Auxiliary Board members play an important role in helping build awareness, strengthen community relationships, support fundraising efforts, and expand the impact of CTRL SHIFT throughout Chicago and beyond.

As the organization grows, the Auxiliary Board will also serve as a pipeline for future leadership and governing board opportunities within CTRL SHIFT.

Looking Ahead

Ctrl Shift programs are designed to grow with our students and our city. In the years ahead, we will add specialized tracks in AI, digital media, and entrepreneurship — culminating in the opening of the Ctrl Shift Learning Center, a permanent hub for innovation in Chicago's underserved neighborhoods.
